Residents of Austin and Travis County will be under the stay-at-home order through May 8th. County officials have extended the order, which was set to expire on Wednesday. Austin is the first major Texas city to extend its stay-at-home order beyond May 1st. San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas, along with their home counties, are under stay-at-home orders through April 30th.
