Apartment complexes around the state are having to deal with renters who can't make their payments because of the coronavirus shut down. Moya says even though the state has put a temporary halt to evictions, a person who can should still meet monthly rental obligations. Moya also says lawmakers should take into account property owners are affected by the impact of coronavirus not only renters.
