Governor Abbott Worried About Coronavirus In Houston Area

Governor Greg Abbott is concerned about coronavirus in the Houston area. Abbott noted on Wednesday that cases and deaths from the virus are on the rise in Harris County, and he's spoken with Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. The governor says 125,000 masks were overnighted to Harris County on Tuesday and more will soon be coming. He encouraged people to stay at home and maintain social distancing. More than 3,700 people in the city and county have tested positive, with 24 deaths.
