San Antonio Metro Health is reporting more deaths at the Southeast Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where dozens of patients and staff were exposed to coronavirus. Officials say they have now been informed of five more COVID-19 deaths that occurred at the facility in recent days involving patients who had been asymptomatic but had tested positive for the virus. That brings the total number of deaths at the facility to 8. With these additions, the death toll in Bexar County now stands at 18.
