The Texas primary election runoff is being postponed. The runoff was originally scheduled for May 26th, but it will now be held on July 14th. Governor Gregg Abbott signed the proclamation Friday evening in response to the spread of the coronavirus. The move came just hours after the state's Democratic Party filed a lawsuit demanding to hold voting through mail-in votes only.
