Harlingen Man Pleads Not Guilty To Improper Relationship With Students

A former employee at a South Texas school is pleading not guilty to charges that he had an inappropriate relationship with two of his students. Julian Carrera of Harlingen entered a plea of not guilty to five felony charges yesterday in Brownsville. Carrera faces charges of indecency with a child and having an improper relationship, which are both second-degree felonies. Carrera is a former employee of Harmony Science Academy.
