Texas Senator Ted Cruz is going to stay home after coming in contact with someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus. Cruz says the interaction happened ten days ago at CPAC and that the interaction was brief, a short conversation and a handshake. He doesn't have any symptoms indicating he contracted the respiratory illness and health officials tell him it's unlikely he could've caught it. However, he says he's self-quarantining at home in Texas until a full 14 days since the interaction has passed.
