Early voting totals for today's Super Tuesday primary were higher than Bexar County elections officials expected. As of Friday, when early voting ended, the total number of early votes was 138-thousand, including mail-in ballots. Elections Administrator Jacque Callanen says that's about 20-thousand more early votes than in the most recent presidential primary election in March 2016. Callanen says the county could be on pace to beat out 2008 to set a new record in the general election this fall.
