Reports: Spurs, Carroll agree to part ways

There are reports that the San Antonio Spurs and forward DeMarre Carroll have agreed to a contract buyout. According to a report from Adrian Wojnarowski, agent Mark Bartelstein of Priority Sports tells ESPN that Carroll is leaving the Spurs. Various reports say Carroll is expected to sign with the Houston Rockets once he clears waivers.

Carroll joined the Spurs in the off-season, signing a three-year deal at the time for a reported $21 million. He only played in 15 games this season.
