The Bexar County Opioid Task Force will announce today a new opioid treatment plan at the county jail. The Medication Assisted Treatment Pilot Program is intended to break a cycle of drug use and being locked up. The new plan and several others dealing with addiction treatment are to be presented to the Commissioners Court at 9:30 this morning.
