China evacuees arrive at Lackland

More Americans escaping the outbreak of coronavirus in China are arriving in the U.S.  A plane landed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio this afternoon.  The passengers will be held in isolation and monitored until officials are convinced they do not carry the deadly virus. This is the first flight to San Antonio, but fifth flight the government has made to help Americans get out of China. So far, there have been a dozen confirmed cases of the virus in the U.S.

Those being quarantined in San Antonio will be housed at the Gateway Inn at Lackland, separated from the general population.
