The man accused of opening fire in an El Paso Walmart last summer is now officially charged with 90 federal hate crimes. Federal prosecutors just announced a long list of charges against Patrick Crusius. They say he drove 10 hours from his home to target Hispanics and then gunned down 22 people, injuring two dozen more. He surrendered minutes later saying "I'm the shooter" but has pleaded not guilty. The 21-year-old remains in prison on suicide watch. He faces life in prison or the death penalty if convicted.
