The Bexar County elections administrator says she's confident the county will handle the primary election better than Democrats handled the Iowa caucus. Jacque Callanen says the county first used its new voting machines and voting system in November's constitutional amendment election. She says they worked properly, other than a few reporting delays. Callanen says her staff is making sure the system will still work correctly on the Super Tuesday primary on March 3rd. Monday's Iowa Caucuses resulted in a bewildering meltdown.
