The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation is giving low-income students at the University of Texas at Austin access to more scholarships next fall. Students who qualify for the federal subsidy called Pell Grants will also receive funding from the 100-million dollars the foundation will be donating to the University of Texas at Austin over the next 10 years. If they qualify, students will receive a 20-thousand-dollar scholarship with a laptop and added services. The University's President Greg Fenves says this is an opportunity to give "tailored support" as well as life-changing scholarships to the many students attending UT-Austin.
