Two burglary suspects are under arrest for stealing construction equipment from a business near last Friday's explosion site in Houston. State troopers were positioned on Sunday near Watson Grinding & Manufacturing, where the blast took place, when they spotted a speeding pickup truck with a trailer attached. The troopers chased the truck, which soon crashed. The driver of the truck reportedly rammed a police car three times, and a trooper fired at the truck without hitting anybody. Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo says this was a case of burglary, not looting of damaged homes or businesses.
