At least two people are dead following an explosion at a Houston business. According to Houston Police Chief Hubert Acevedo, a criminal investigation is open and he stressed there has been no evidence that this was a terrorist attack or a deliberate act. The blast could be felt miles away and did damage to nearly all of the buildings in the immediate area, shattering glass, breaking garage doors and causing some ceilings to collapse.
