The Bexar County D-A's dismissal of a murder case has the victim's family upset and frustrated. The suspect, 52-year-old Juarez Bibbs, was accused of the 2016 shooting death of 38-year-old Eddie Carter in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box on Rigsby Avenue. A spokesperson for the D.A.'s office said the case is dismissed to be further investigated, and the San Antonio PD may file the case again at a later date. Carter's relatives say the decision is devastating to them. Bibbs is still in jail for a parole violation.
