AUSTRALIA-WEATHER-FIRES

Nearly 200 people have been arrested in Australia and are accused of starting bush-fires. Since November, there have been 183 people arrested, most of whom are believed to have deliberately started fires. A handful of others are accused of improperly discarding a lit cigarette or match outdoors. In recent months, bush fires have ravaged the country. At least 25 people have died, hundreds of millions of animals have been killed and over two-thousand homes are destroyed. The fires have burned more than 13-million acres.
