A suspect is under arrest for shooting a mail carrier last week. Houston police arrested 24-year-old Matthew Williams on Monday. Williams faces a list of charges, including aggravated assault of a public servant, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, being a felon with a gun, car theft and assaulting a family member. Williams, a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, is accused of shooting a 30-year-old mail carrier in Spring Branch on Saturday. The victim is in critical but stable condition.
