A judge is denying a temporary injunction to keep a terminally-ill eleven-month old North Texas baby on life-support. Medical officials say Tinslee Lewis suffers grave lung and heart problems and needs round-the-clock medical care and machines to keep her alive. In October, doctors reportedly told the Lewis family keeping the child on life support was causing her more pain and suffering. Mother Trinity Lewis filed a restraining order against Cook Children's Hospital last month. Chief Justice Sandee Marion's decision does allow at least seven more days for the child to receive life-sustaining treatment as the legal battle continues.
