A missing Austin child has been found safe and returned to his father, and an arrest warrant has now been issued for his mother. Four-year old Marsdan Harp was reported missing after police say Celia Harp took off with him instead of returning him to his father following a supervised visit on Christmas Day. Authorities say the father received an email from Celia stating that Marsdan would not be returned unless she was able to get another court date to present evidence in her custody case. Police say they tried to pull Celia over, but she drove off instead and even into oncoming traffic with two children inside. Deputies believe she is driving a dark green Ford Fusion with Texas plates LGV-3638. She will be charged with third degree felony evading arrest once found. Authorities are asking anyone with information on Harp's whereabouts to call 911.
