A woman killed in a wrong-way crash on I-10 in Houston this morning has been identified as an off-duty Houston police officer. 32-year-old Gizelle Solorio's pickup was going the wrong way when it collided with semi truck. Solorio died at the scene. She joined the Houston Police Department in 2017 and had been assigned to the Northeast Patrol Division. The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
