The suspect in a capital murder cold case is in Bexar County Jail after his extradition from California. Police say 59-year-old Bradford Hudson is charged with the 2013 rape and murder of Martha Batchelor in her apartment. Hudson was arrested for domestic violence several weeks ago in California, and his DNA matched evidence collected in Batchelor's home after her murder. He had evidently tried to clean Batchelor's blood off his hands by wiping them on a wall, and that's where he left his own DNA at the scene.
