A helicopter clipped power lines as it tried to make an emergency landing near East Southcross and South Presa Saturday night. The helicopter was carrying three people when it went down. The three suffered only minor injuries. No one on the ground was hurt. Police say considering everything involved, they're lucky it wasn't worse. The FAA will be investigating.
