A number of San Antonio tattoo parlors plan to observe the industry practice of offering 13-dollar ink on Friday the 13th. Tattoo shops usually have a list of standard tattoos to choose from for the 13-dollar price, but the policy varies from one parlor to another. Some tattoo shops will start the Friday the 13th special a few days early, and others will offer it the whole weekend. Best to call ahead and see what to expect. Also, plan for a line, and be aware that most tattoo parlors also charge a seven-dollar tip or setup fee.
