Three people are under indictment in connection with the killing of a witness in the Amber Guyger trial. Michael Mitchell, Jacquerious Mitchell, and Thaddeous Green are charged with capital murder in Joshua Brown's October death. Dallas County prosecutors say the trio traveled from Louisiana to Dallas to meet Brown for a drug buy which turned into a robbery. The Mitchells are in custody but Green is still on the loose. Brown testified against Guyger in her September trial saying he heard loud voices inside Botham Jean's apartment before shots rang out.
