The North Texas man accused of killing 22 people inside a West Texas Walmart may get an expanded defense team. Attorneys have asked a judge to appoint a third attorney to help them go through evidence given to them by El Paso County prosecutors. The 21-year-old is accused of using an AK-47 variant to attack the Walmart in early August targeting mainly Hispanics. An online manifesto cited the man's hatred of Hispanics, corporations, and people who didn't care about the environment as motive. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
