A burned body found in Bexar County is that of a missing woman. Sheriff Javier Salazar announced today the ME had confirmed Megan Gonzales' charred remains were discovered in a field by a farmer earlier this week. She'd been missing since mid-November and Salazar is hoping someone will come forward with information. Investigators are working on putting together a timeline of the woman's last days and who she may have spent time with. There are persons of interest being sought but Salazar did not release details.
