A Missouri City man and six of his family members are dead after the crash of a small plane in Canada. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is investigating the deadly crash that happened Wednesday evening near Kingston, Ontario. The pilot, Otabek Oblokulov, was killed, along with his wife and their three children, as well as his brother-in-law and his wife. The plane went down a few miles short of its destination, the Kingston airport. The cause of the crash isn't yet known, but the area was under a wind advisory at the time.
