Two former Houston cops are under arrest in connection with a deadly botched drug raid. The FBI took Gerald Goines and Steven Bryant into custody this morning following their indictment by a grand jury. Goines is charged with civil rights violations after investigations say he lied on a search warrant used for the January raid. Goines and Bryant are also accused of falsifying records including lying about drugs bought at the raid site. The botched raid left Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas dead and multiple cops injured. The FBI has also arrested Patricia Garcia saying she made multiple 911 calls falsely claiming Tuttle and Nicholas were drug dealers.
