Texas officials are remembering the victims of the Fort Hood terrorist attack. Senator John Cornyn tweeted this afternoon the state lost 13 heroes and an unborn child when Nidal Hasan opened fire inside the post in 2009. Senator Ted Cruz called Hasan a maniacal madman this morning because the soldiers were unarmed when the attack happened. A ceremony happened earlier today to mark the ten year anniversary of the attack.
