Funeral have been held for a Fort Worth woman who was shot and killed by a police officer earlier this month. Senior Pastor Bryan Carter of the Concord Church said yesterday that the matter of justice still needs to be addressed. Atatiana Jefferson was shot in her home in the early morning hours of October 12th after a neighbor called police to report the front door was open. The officer who shot her resigned from the police department and has been charged with murder. Senior Pastor Bryan Carter of the Concord Church said at Atatiana Jefferson's funeral that the hope was to begin her family's healing process.
