Harris County officials are announcing the arrests of four people in a raid on two illegal game rooms in northeast Houston. Constables say the two game rooms were on the North Freeway at Parker Road, and on Tidwell near the Eastex Freeway. Three people were arrested for gambling and another for a parole violation. Constables also confiscated two gaming machines and nearly $22,000 in cash. The money will be used to buy public safety equipment for the constables' precinct.
