Deshaun Watson ran for two touchdowns and passed for another as the Texans overcame an early 14-point deficit to beat the Chiefs 31-24 in Kansas City. Carlos Hyde rushed for 116 yards and a TD on 26 carries. The Texans overcame three turnovers, a missed extra point and a missed field goal to improve to 4-and-2. Patrick Mahomes threw for three touchdowns, but lost a fumble and was picked off for the first time this season. Tyreek Hill, playing for the first time since being injured in the opener, caught two touchdowns passes, while Damien Williams had the other. The Chiefs defense yielded 35 first downs and did not force a punt as they lost for the second straight week at home to drop to 4-and-2.
