The Astros' season will continue. Gerrit Cole allowed two hits and one run, while striking out 10 in eight innings as the Astros beat the Rays 6-1 in a win or go home American League Division Series Game 5 in Houston. Alex Bregman lined a two-run double in Houston's four-run first. Michael Brantley and Jose Altuve went deep back-to-back in the eighth.
Tyler Glasnow didn't survive the third and took the loss. Eric Sogard homered in the second for Tampa Bay. The Astros will play the Yankees in the AL Championship Series starting Saturday.
