Amber Guyger will be back in court this morning for the sentencing phase of her trial. The former Dallas cop was convicted yesterday of murder for shooting Botham Jean in his home last year. Guyger maintains that she thought she was walking into her own apartment and that she opened fire on Jean because she thought he was an intruder. She could get life in prison.
