A man has been arrested in connection to a series of roadside shootings in Texas. Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis says the individual responsible is in custody, but they are not releasing the identity of the suspect at this time. Griffis assured the public that the suspect will be held accountable and his behavior will not be tolerated. Two people have been shot in four separate instances since last Tuesday and at least one person is dead. The Ector County Sheriff's Office identified the shooting victim as 52-year-old Jesus Albarado and the deceased victim is 31-year-old Juan Rosalez.
