The head of SpaceX says another Starship construction project is coming up at Boca Chica. During his Saturday visit, Elon Musk held a public meeting during which he said construction on the company's third Starship prototype rocket will begin soon at Boca Chica in the Rio Grande Valley. He also said there will be a test flight into earth's orbit of a Starship prototype within six months. The Brownsville Herald reports that Musk says it is "extremely likely" that manned flights to Mars will take off some day from SpaceX's Boca Chica launch site.
