GOP Senator Ted Cruz of Texas is reportedly considering another run for the White House, not in 2020, but in 2024. Cruz came in second to Donald Trump in 2016's GOP presidential primary, and last year won reelection over Democrat Beto O'Rourke, now a trailing presidential candidate. Cruz would be up for reelection to his Senate seat in 2024, but he supports term limits for House members and senators, including himself, and isn't expected to run for the position again.
