NEISD Trustee Joseph Trevino is resigning. He announced the decision this morning citing health issues. Trevino also apologized for being censured and reprimanded by the school board twice this year. Trustees reprimanded him last week and back in May on claims he interfered with day-to-day operations of NEISD and leaked confidential information. Board President Shannon Grona says Trevino's decision to resign was unexpected but they wish him well.
