The man suspected of killing 22 people inside a West Texas Walmart is under indictment. An El Paso County grand jury handed down capital murder charges against the 21-year-old North Texas man accused in last month's attack. An online manifesto believed to be written by the suspect says the shooting was done because he didn't like Mexicans, anti-environmentalists, and big corporations. The D-A plans to seek the death penalty.
