San Antonio Approves Almost $3B Budget

The San Antonio City Council is signing off on an almost $3-billion budget. The spending plan was approved this afternoon which increases the police and fire budget by a total of $24-million. The city also plans to hire a chief housing officer and spend $715-million on roads. It's three-percent higher than last year's budget.
