Tropical Storm Dorian Moves Toward Puerto Rico

Tropical Storm Dorian

Tropical Storm Dorian is continuing its trek in the Carribean Sea and moving toward Puerto Rico. According to the latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center, the storm has maximum sustained winds of 50 miles-per-hour and is moving to the west-northwest at 13 miles-per-hour. Dorian is located about 415 miles southeast of Puerto Rico. The tropical storm is expected to pass just south of the island tomorrow and could become a hurricane. Hurricane Watches are up for Puerto Rico and parts of the Dominican Republic. Tropical Storm Dorian could hit central or south Florida over the Labor Day weekend depending on the track.
