Houston is on the receiving end of $130-million in federal grant money to reimburse the city for expenses caused by Harvey. The Federal Emergency Management Agency delivered the money on Monday, just over two years after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in south Texas. The agency's public assistance grant program reimburses cities for actions taken during and after a disaster, such as sheltering survivors and cleaning up after the storm. The grants are distributed through the Texas Division of Emergency Management.
