Distribution of money donated for El Paso shooting victims and families will begin in December. One Fund El Paso director Stephanie Karr says her organization is cooperating with the FBI's recommended vetting guidelines to ensure those who should, will receive the donated money instead of scammers. Karr says the FBI told her the process will take a little time. She wants everyone to know that 100-percent of funds donated will be given to the Walmart shooting victims and families.
