Matt Chapman homered twice for the second straight day as the A's held on to beat the Astros 7-6 in Oakland. Chapman's second blast in the eighth inning broke a six-all tie. Matt Olson also had a pair of homers and drove in four, while Corban Joseph added a solo shot for the A's, who have won three-of-four. Jake Diekman got the win and Liam Hendriks notched his 14th save. Michael Brantley and Carlos Correa both homered twice and Alex Bregman also went deep for Houston, which has dropped three straight for the first time since June. Chris Devenski suffered the loss.
