Ten new laws that will relax limits on guns will go into effect in Texas less than a month from now. They include allowing guns to be stored in vehicles on school grounds, and banning landlords from including no-firearms clauses in leases. One new law will allow guns to be brought into places of worship, unless the church explicitly bans weapons on its grounds. The NRA says these and other laws passed during this year's legislative session "will further loosen Texas' permissive gun laws."
