An additional charge has been filed against Derion Vence in connection with the Maleah Davis case. The 4-year-old Houston girl went missing in May and her body was later found in a ditch in Arkansas. Vence, who has been described as the girl's stepfather, was already in jail on a tampering with evidence charge. Now he's been charged with injury-to-a-child.
