Britain is telling Iran it needs to release a British-flagged oil tanker if it wants to "come out of the dark." Iranian commandos seized the ship ten days ago in the Strait of Hormuz. That was two weeks after British forces near Gibraltar captured an Iranian tanker accused of violating sanctions on Syria. British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab [[ Rob ]] told Sky News that Iran needs to follow the rules-based system of the international community if the Islamic Republic wants to "come out of the dark and be accepted as a responsible member of the international community."
