A domestic violence suspect is getting treatment for a gunshot wound following a manhunt. The Harris County Sheriff's Office says a deputy shot Eduardo Galvez in the stomach this morning on Vickston near Walters. The Sheriff's Office also says Galvez fired a shotgun through a bedroom door before he was wounded. The deputy is okay but shaken up. The suspect was able to elude law enforcement for multiple hours before being captured. He is expected to survive.
